Scout Promise Metal Pin

The Scout Promise pin is made in the shape of a hand. While taking this oath the scout will stand, holding his right hand raised level with his shoulder, palm to the front, thumb resting on the nail of the little finger representing that a Scout should obey the leader and the leader should respect the scout and the other three fingers upright, pointing upwards and represents the Scouting virtues.
This is the scout’s salute and secret sign.
