Sayedet el Sanabel (Our lady of Wheat) is considered the highest level of training in Scouts & Guides Wadi El Nil movement, graduating leaders qualified not only for scouting leadership, but also to serve as role models in society.

This neckerchief is the proof of passing all of this training steps & exams, thus it is not allowed to be worn but for Sanabel awarded rovers & leaders.
